Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in international tax, including VAT and/or GST.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process tax forms including service tax calculation, filing, and remittance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a tax compliance calendar to track timely reporting of all indirect tax returns.
- Work with local finance to resolve tax disputes.
- Partner with corporate tax to ensure compliance systems are up to date.
- Record journal entries for GAAP to statutory or GAAP to tax differences.
- Verify documentation for withholding tax and local tax requirements.
- Calculate roll forward of deferred income taxes and accrued income taxes payable.
- Ensure applicable GL accounts are tied to tax schedules.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries from tax jurisdictions.
- Prepare additional tax reporting schedules as needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities utilizing industry best practices.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
