We are looking for a seasoned tax manager or a senior manager to join our core business tax team. This practice focuses on closely held family groups and their individual owners, emphasizing client relationships. The company's tax and audit teams work seamlessly across the country, with no Return-to-Office (RTO) mandate. However, there is a preference for this position to be situated locally in the Portland or Seattle market, and candidates willing to relocate to Portland will receive assistance. Full-time managers have a target of 1,375 charge hours and senior managers have a target of 1,350 charge hours (2,300 total hours annually) to provide structure without burnout. During peak season, logging at least 50 charge hours per week is expected, with collaboration and mutual support to meet deadlines.
