As the Tax Manager for Information Reporting and Withholding (IRW), you will play a key role in advising business units and internal stakeholders on the complex information reporting and withholding tax implications of Google's diverse product offerings and business operations. You will use deep technical expertise in U.S. information reporting (e.g., Chapters 3 and 61, including FATCA and CRS) to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and strategically advise on new product launches and business expansions. You'll be responsible for providing technical guidance on relevant tax legislation, supporting business units with compliance implementation, recommending system and process improvements, and managing interactions with internal tax operations, engineering teams, and external advisors. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
