We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our located in our Dallas office. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support our Real Estate Industry Group and more specifically, the Commercial Real Estate team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage accounts, train, assign work to staff and communicate directly to clients, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners Research topics communicate directly with tax authorities as needed. You should be able to research more complex topics and be able to identify client needs Responsible for mentor and support the staffs. YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Taxation CPA, JD or EA required 6+ years tax experience in a public accounting firm 2+ years of supervisory experience Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment Strong knowledge and experience with Excel Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, ProSystem FX, and BNA Tax Planner Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Taxation
  • CPA, JD or EA required
  • 6+ years tax experience in a public accounting firm
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
