Requirements

• 8+ years of international tax experience, including Latin America focus
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• In-house corporate tax experience or Big Four advisory background preferred
• Deep understanding of international tax principles, cross-border structuring, and compliance
• Familiar with BEPS, Pillar Two, CFC rules, and Latin American jurisdictional tax law
• Strong communicator who can simplify complexity for non-tax stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and scaling systems for growth
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action

Nice To Haves

• In-house corporate tax experience or Big Four advisory background preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax strategy across Latin America, advising on structuring, planning, and compliance
• Own and optimize the global tax framework for current operations and future market entries
• Serve as the primary tax advisor on cross-border transactions, including entity setup, repatriation, and transfer pricing
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure alignment with evolving tax laws
• Manage international tax reporting and risk, including BEPS, CbCR, and other global disclosures
• Serve as the internal SME on Latin American tax regimes, especially Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Chile
• Drive process improvement and automation within tax operations
• Support audit readiness and due diligence processes as needed
