About The Position

Tax Credit Leasing Consultant - Santa Rosa, CA $22-$24/hr (recommended range) | Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-5:30PM Seeking a Skilled Tax Credit Leasing Consultant with Strong Administrative Ability BGSF is hiring an experienced Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to support an affordable housing community in Santa Rosa, CA. This role requires excellent administrative and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with waitlists, schedule appointments, and assist with leasing responsibilities. Requirements

  • Administrative experience required
  • Leasing experience strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working through waitlists and managing appointment calendars
  • Ability to handle confidential resident information
  • Professional communication and customer-service mindset
  • Dependable transportation and reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Tax Credit / LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and contact applicants on the waitlist
  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized follow-up
  • Assist with all leasing activities, tours, applications, and move-in files
  • Prepare and submit required Tax Credit documentation (if experienced)
  • Support compliance processes, verifications, and eligibility reviews
  • Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and documentation management
  • Provide outstanding customer service to applicants and residents
  • Maintain accurate records and support office operations
