About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Marketing Specialist with expertise in Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tax credit guidelines and compliance, along with a passion for marketing and leasing residential properties. This individual will help maximize occupancy rates, lease and review files to ensure compliance with LIHTC requirements while providing excellent customer service to prospective residents. Under the direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Leasing and Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing and overseeing all property level marketing, advertising, special promotions, and maintaining all aspects of community relations/corporate partnerships, and Preferred Employer outreach. The Leasing and Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Community Manager, Regional Manager, and liaison with the Marketing Director to set goals, expectations, monitor social media and reputation management channels to increase interest and leasing at their community.
