Responsibilities

Provide clients with expert legal advice and counsel on tax-related issues
Represent clients in implementing effective tax-driven structures for corporate and real estate transactions
Advise clients on NYS and federal tax matters
Maintain and foster client relationships
Structure and execute M&A transactions focusing on tax efficiency and compliance
Develop and implement tax strategies for business succession planning
