About The Position
As a tax professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients both face-to-face and through various virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email. Your primary duties will include preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services. You will also provide clients with IRS support and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow your tax expertise in a dynamic environment.
