About The Position
The Memphis office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz. P.C. seeks an experienced associate or of counsel attorney with an LL.M. in tax to join its thriving Trusts and Estates/Family Office/Tax practice. The candidate must have more than three years of relevant experience in estate planning. The position should involve participation in building the existing practice, significant client contact and moving into a leadership role in the long term. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility in this very active practice.
