Tax Associate II

Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A is seeking a career-minded tax semi-senior to prepare and review corporate, partnership, estates and trusts, 990s, and individual tax returns. COMPENSATION Gross Mendelsohn compensates employees based on several factors, including but not limited to skill level, experience, education, degree(s), and certifications.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of tax accounting experience with a public accounting firm
- CPA candidate or working towards CPA qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills. Experience in CCH ProSystems Engagement and Axcess is a plus
- Independent self-starter able to work independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic
- Interested in growing a career in public accounting
Nice To Haves
- Experience with manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, long-term healthcare providers, and construction companies is a plus
