Applied AI & Tool Usage Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar enterprise-grade AI tools to support structured knowledge work and workflow acceleration. Comfortable applying defined prompting standards, templates, and guardrails in build and testing contexts rather than ad hoc experimentation. Capable of translating partially defined needs into clear, reviewable delivery artifacts. Build & Configuration Support Experience supporting the configuration, assembly, or refinement of AI-enabled workflows and tools (e.g., enterprise ChatGPT environments, Alteryx, or proprietary platforms) within established governance, risk, and quality standards. Able to validate outcomes against defined acceptance criteria and support iterative improvement cycles. Professional Communication Clear written communication skills for drafting internal documentation, test summaries, feedback logs, and supporting materials for broader communications or thought leadership, without owning final approval or delivery.
