About The Position

We’re growing our North America Tax Filing Operations, which deploys and provides ongoing support to Strada clients. As a Technical Analyst on the team, you will support Tax Filing implementations and ongoing technology service delivery to clients and teams within Strada Global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (with preferred concentrations in Computer Science/MIS) or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in a virtual, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong client-service orientation.
• Self-starter who demonstrates discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with tools to manage workflow/issue tracking (e.g., Atlassian Jira).
• Knowledge of Tax Filing tools.
• Workday, Employee Central (SAP) and/or Oracle HCM integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical client conversations, including but not limited - security reviews, data integrations, data transfers and connectivity.
• Assist Tax Filing team with application components and issues.
• Act as a liaison between Strada Tax Filing Operations and IT teams.
• Provide ongoing support with client communications and issue resolution.
• Participate in system training and learn all aspects of system functionality.
• Create tickets as needed and follow up on the status, reporting back to the appropriate team member.
• Deploy, configure, and support our solutions to meet customer’s documented business requirements.
• Assist Tax Filing Operations team with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting.
