As a Tax and Finance Operational Analyst in the Tax Technology & Transformation (Program Management Office), you will assist clients and internal teams by establishing and operating a program management office (PMO) regarding the transition of some or all the clients’ tax function to EY. You will assist with the design and execution of transition plans for these transformational engagements, using a standard global compliance methodology to provide clients with an integrated service that unlocks the full potential of the tax function across the entire tax life cycle. Your role will involve communicating the status and progress of the PMO and transition plans/processes to internal stakeholders and clients, developing complex web-based platforms, overseeing technology solutions, and managing risk while maximizing operational efficiencies. You will also manage and motivate teams of professionals, consistently deliver quality client services, and cultivate business development opportunities.
