Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas and organize data effectively
• Foundational understanding of tax or accounting concepts, with an interest in developing deeper tax expertise
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a dependable, team-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

• Approximately 1 year of experience in tax, accounting, or a related role preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of sales and use tax returns and other indirect tax filings across multiple states
• Support audits, tax notices, and compliance efforts by gathering documentation and maintaining organized records
• Perform reconciliations and assist with tracking and reporting activities
• Provide day-to-day support for tax processes and special projects as needed
• Gain exposure to treasury operations, including wire initiation, bank access management, and maintaining banking records
