Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree desired; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in real estate, valuation, property tax, or accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CoStar is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with regional tax experts to explore local market trends, valuation challenges, and client targeting strategies
  • Utilize jurisdictional websites and various data platforms to c onduct property research and support strategic decision making
  • Transform raw tax and assessment data into structured, actionable insights using Excel-based models
  • Support valuation reviews and help identify properties with potential tax overassessments
  • Deliver curated lead lists with clear business cases to drive outreach by Property Tax and Business Development teams
