We currently have the opportunity for a Tax Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO at our U.S. Country office. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or comparable work experience with 2+ years US tax experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively to meet various tax filing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with multi-level organizational structure and the related tax implications

Nice To Haves

  • CPA desired, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Federal, State and local income tax filings including requests from external tax preparers, tax authorities, and any audits
  • Assist in calculating and recording of the Company’s annual tax provision, performing a detailed analysis of current and deferred taxes from both an income statement and balance sheet perspective
  • Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated and extension tax returns and payments, and cash flow forecasts
  • Prepare and submit state and local non-income tax returns on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis for multiple related corporations
  • Assist with tax compliance projects and identification and implementation of tax operational improvements
