About The Position

Vaco is looking for a Tax Analyst for an industry leading specialty manufacturing company in King of Prussia. This role will have a strong focus on federal and state income tax returns along with transfer pricing related research, tax provision projects within OneSource, and multi-country tax compliance work. Along with those core duties this role will also be involved with work related to government compliance and tax planning initiatives and projects. Tax provision experience will be key for this newly developed role because of growth. This client is serious about acquisitions and organic growth, so this is a great opportunity to join an industry-leading company within a niche sector that is expected to hit five billion in annual revenue over the next 3 years.

Requirements

• Experience in tax provision.
• Knowledge of federal and state income tax regulations.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing.
• Experience with multi-country tax compliance.
