The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build. Tax Analyst, People Advisory Services, Mobility Global Equity (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1681056), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA. Provide cross-border tax calculations covering various share incentive vehicles, and global equity tax and payroll advisory services. Improve processes and design related services with regard to global share incentive services and global due diligence projects, including applicable tax implications for these programs. Address complex people challenges, driving sustainable business results. Participate in engagement teams and advise on employee compensation, including foreign payroll issues, international implications of equity plans, and providing other international assignment-related projects/services. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine tax liability for an organization. Advise management about tax strategies and issues. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Tax or related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Tax or related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in expatriate payroll services at a multinational consulting firm and/or in an in-house role including large scale projects.
  • Must have 4 years of experience working on client servicing teams consisting of two or more staff members.
  • Must have 4 years of combined experience in automated tax processing systems, including CCH or GoSystems, Tax Cost Estimator, global compensation processing systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in foreign assignment matters, including payroll, accounts payable, relocation, tax, compensation or benefits.
  • Must have 4 years of experience with corporate, employment and/or tax concepts that apply across non-U.S. jurisdictions, including treaty application and totalization agreements, as well as global stock plan reporting.
  • Must have 1 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management and communications; and facilitating client discussions including collaborating with clients and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities.
  • Must have 1 year of experience managing a team of junior tax professionals.
  • Must have one of the following: CPA certification, US state bar membership, and/or Enrolled Agent Certification.
  • Requires domestic travel up to 25% and international travel up to 5% of the time to serve client needs.
