About The Position
Tax Analyst, Global Graduate Program – Princeton, NJ Location: Princeton, NJ, US Support the North American and Global Tax Team by assisting with tax return preparation, audit support, and various tax-related projects. As the Tax Analyst, Global Graduate Program, you’ll be part of a dynamic team where you’ll learn and grow by contributing to real ‑ world financial and tax initiatives. This position is part of our Global Graduate Rotational Program, offering hands ‑ on experience, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to develop into a future finance and tax leader through collaboration and structured rotations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data
- Strong interest in technology, and the use of technological developments (Artificial Intelligence) in business applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of non-income tax returns and payments
- Assist in providing audit support
- Maintain department tax calendar
- Assist with designing and updating high function Excel worksheets
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations
- Improve the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tax technology – cocreating the tax function of the future
