The Assistant Manager supports and assists the Restaurant Manager with managing the daily operation of Taverna Banfi in the Statler Hotel. This role assists with all areas of planning and management, including guest service, human resources functions, finance and budgeting, security of assets, marketing, health and safety, and the teaching mission of the School of Hotel Administration.
