The Tavern Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and facilitating the flow of food preparation in the kitchen. This role ensures that daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations and involves appropriately responding to and managing any escalated departmental concerns and challenges from guests or team members. The Assistant Kitchen Manager must effectively lead and manage up to 15 team members through all aspects of daily kitchen operations.
