About The Position

Taurex Drill Bits is a PDC drill bit company that creates and implements advanced technologies to improve PDC drill bit performance. The company leverages automation and AI to support its product development and decision-making, including the implementation of its BitVision technologies, which produce "digital dull" data accurate within .003" for every drill bit deployed. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Must be able to work in an environment that may have excessive temperatures (Hot)
Must pay attention to detail, working in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
Need to be flexible with schedules. Working overtime and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.
Minimum of 1 year experience of brazing matrix and steel PDC bits.

Responsibilities

Follows all health and safety protocols, (Taurex HSE program)
Actively participates Taurex HSE program for the continuous improvement of all safety protocols.
Wear and maintain all (PPE) as required.
Attends daily morning meetings.
Follows all protocols and guidelines during the brazing process to meet Taurex expectations.
Inspection of braze joints for each brazed part to ensure joint is solid and parts oriented and seated properly.
Works vigorously to meet all customer deadlines.
Ability to work together as a team with one or many other individuals.
Work weekends as needed.
Inspect and maintain all brazing equipment.
