About The Position

The Tattoo Removal Technician at Tatt2Away is responsible for managing the daily operations of a tattoo removal studio, specializing in non-laser tattoo removal techniques. Requirements

• Aesthetician License (Preferred, not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a consumer-facing environment
• Time management skills
• 1-2 years previous management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide tattoo and pigment removal treatments to patrons with empathy and compassion
• Consult with clients to understand their removal desires and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain adequate lead to start conversion rates by monitoring and optimizing operational metrics
• Maintain detailed records of client treatments and progress
• Maintain a clean and patron friendly office environment
• Order and maintain adequate inventory of supplies
• Follow all protocols
• Work with marketing to build clientele
