About The Position

The Lead Tasting Room Concierge will deliver a concierge-led luxury hospitality experience in a premium wine environment. You will be responsible for setting the tone providing seamless, personalized service and anticipating guest needs at every touchpoint. This leader will serve as ambassadors of the tasting room for driving sales, hosting elevated experiences, and leading daily operations as shift supervisors in partnership with the Assistant Hospitality Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ wine sales, restaurant and/or hospitality service experience
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and require minimal day-to-day direction
• You can effectively communicate in English with all levels of employees and consumers, written and spoken, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• You are able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
• You must be able to travel on occasion to other Company locations
• You must be able to lift 40 pounds
• You must be at least 21 years of age
• You have a clean professional appearance

Nice To Haves

• You have a strong knowledge of Napa Valley area, food and wine market is preferred
• You have a basic understanding of winemaking

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first impression for all guests, delivering a warm, concierge-led welcome and engaging confidently in conversation
• Host and support wine tastings, tours, and floor experiences while stepping in as needed
• Lead daily floor operations, including team breaks, coverage, and shift flow
• Coach and support team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive sales through POS transactions, wine club promotion, and order fulfillment
• Support events, private experiences, and onsite activations
• Maintain merchandising, inventory, and overall tasting room presentation
• Uphold service standards, policies, and complete additional projects as needed
