Position Duties – Daily Master understanding of whiskey and distilled spirits Bottle and club sales driven Craft cocktail skills and execution Working with the point of sale executing personal whiskey tastings Maintaining a clean bar environment Cash handling Make appropriate recommendations and upsells communicate with upper management effectively Respond to customer complaints Opening and closing duties Maintaining the appearance of the distillery Maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements
- Available weekdays, weekends and Holidays
- At least 21 years of age
- RBS Certified
- CA ServeSafe food handler certified
