About The Position
Guest Experience and Service Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service. Lead guests through engaging whiskey tasting experiences Educate guests on whiskey, production methods, and brand history Provide thoughtful recommendations and upsell products and experiences Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed Sales and Membership Drive bottle and merchandise sales Promote and enroll guests in the whiskey club Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Operations Operate POS system accurately and efficiently Handle cash and process transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room Support opening and closing procedures Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, specials, and promotions
Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (tasting room experience preferred)
- Passion for whiskey, spirits, and hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- RBS Certification required
- California Food Handler (ServSafe) certification required
