About The Position

Allagash Brewing Company is hiring a Tasting Room Assistant Manager in our Portland-based brewery. In this role, you'll work closely with the General Manager to uphold exceptional customer experience, lead our enthusiastic team, and ensure the seamless functioning of all tasting room activities. You'll take the reins on everything from managing staff schedules to solving real-time challenges, all while maintaining high service standards and fostering a positive workplace culture. With a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, you will play a key role in our commitment to providing memorable experiences and advancing our business goals.
