We are currently looking for a Palette Management Intern for the Taste business at our Princeton, New Jersey office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Join our Palette and Formula Management team as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Requirements
- Open to students in supply chain, business, or related fields. No strict major, but business, food science or supply chain are preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Responsibilities
- Support the Palette Management operation team with day-to-day operations
- Develop metrics to measure palette activity efficiency
- Review, re-write, and standardize procedures
