About The Position

As a Taskforce Spa Director, you will oversee all aspects of the spa and wellness experience—creating a sanctuary where guests can relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect. You will lead a talented team of spa professionals in delivering exceptional service, maximizing profitability, and upholding the highest standards of luxury and wellness within the resort/hotel. The Spa Director is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and daily operations of the spa, salon, and fitness areas. This includes recruiting and developing team members, managing treatment programs, retail operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards. You will work closely with other department heads to drive an integrated guest experience and support the property’s overall success.   • Someone with excellent communication skills
  • Someone who can frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients as they enter the Spa
  • Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
  • Assist guests in preparing for their treatments
  • Coordinate with the therapists to provide timely services
  • Assisting guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person, and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures
  • Develop and train the Spa Attendant team
  • Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
  • Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
