  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • 1+ year of departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
  • Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
  • Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
  • Effective communication skills with the public and team members.
  • Computer experience is required.
