About The Position

V-Tech Solutions is hiring a Task Order & IT Governance Project Manager to lead federal contract operations supporting the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE). This role oversees project performance, IT governance, and contract deliverables, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets federal standards. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, track financial performance, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field ( master's preferred).
• 8+ years managing federal contracts, IT programs, or complex projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and EVM .
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with federal reporting, IT governance, or CPIC processes.
• Familiarity with federal project management or collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract activities to ensure alignment with scope, performance standards, and government priorities.
• Develop, maintain , and update project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) .
• Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and provide financial and progress reports.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple task areas.
• Manage risk, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate IT governance activities, including meetings, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Prepare status reports, action logs, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency.
• Ensure quality assurance, program compliance, and adherence to federal policies and standards.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
