The Task Force Executive Chef is a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about culinary excellence, innovation, and mentorship. Reporting to the Head of F&B, this role provides leadership, stability, and operational continuity across Gravity Haus locations during times of transition, high demand, or leadership vacancies. As a roving executive, the Task Force Exec Chef supports and uplifts property culinary teams — stepping in to lead daily kitchen operations, guide menu execution, manage budgets, and inspire excellence in service and guest satisfaction. This role ensures that each Gravity Haus kitchen continues to deliver elevated, locally inspired, and sustainably minded cuisine aligned with our brand’s mission and values.
