About The Position

A task crew member is responsible for performing and completing a multitude of general labor tasks throughout the greenhouse under the direct supervision of their Manager and/or Crew Leader. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, maintaining productivity goals, and ensuring the work area remains safe at all times.

• Ability to work in various types of weather conditions
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and seek solutions to problems
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks to company standards
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety policies are followed
• Spacing of plants on the ground
• Moving tables from one location to another
• Cleaning, pinching, and cutting of plants
• Operate table-moving equipment once trained and certified
• Support the hanging of plants as needed
• Work through provided task lists either independently or with a team
• Other duties as assigned by management
