The Task Associate (TA) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for operational excellence that supports sales drivers, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. The TA plays a crucial role in meeting store goals and contributing to a positive team environment.

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
  • Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
  • Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training for continuous professional development and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty's technology.
  • Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
  • Maintain outstanding store standards and overall cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
  • Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
  • Execute other operational tasks as directed.
  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
