About The Position

BlueHalo, an AV company, is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Targeting Analyst to support the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and the Joint Staff (JS) Targeting Programs and Policies at United States Army - Central (USARCENT). The ideal candidate will quickly develop an understanding of USARCENT standard targeting products, charts, and briefings, including production, quality control reviews, and presentation. The Targeting Specialist will develop and present targeting program briefings to General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) level and will participate in all aspects of the Fires and Effects process related to operations and training exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 15 years of former military experience
• Strong understanding of USCENTCOM and JS targeting programs and policies
• Proficient in developing and presenting targeting briefings and products
• Ability to quickly learn and understand USARCENT targeting products and processes
• Proficiency in targeting-related training and certifications
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Targeting experience
• Familiarity with Army Service Component Command

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of USCENTCOM and JS Targeting Programs and Policies.
• Quickly learn USARCENT targeting products.
• Produce, review, and present targeting briefings to GO/FO levels.
• Monitor and execute targeting program development.
• Support the Chief of Targeting.
• Provide direct and indirect targeting support through research projects.
• Assist in developing targeting intelligence requirements.
• Conduct analysis for future operations.
• Manage Electronic Target Folders (ETF).
• Participate in USCENTCOM's STRAT-TET-MAAP program.
• Review and update targets annually.
• Work with USARCENT G2 to gather necessary intelligence.
