Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and methodologies to generate all-source intelligence products and target development packages.
  • Read, interpret, and process intelligence reports from various disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
  • Present findings and strategic intelligence briefings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use link-analysis tools such as Palantir or Analyst Notebook for comprehensive intelligence and target package creation.
  • Work independently while coordinating with a team for tracking progress and insights via publicly available and proprietary software tools.
  • Proven ability to brief senior level managers effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search methodologies and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
  • Experience with tracing, call-chain analysis, selector attribution, and classified communication analysis tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and the ability to translate intelligence questions into written responses.
  • Familiarity with key US foreign policy, national security Counterterrorism (CT) and local/federal law enforcement objectives or threat-related datasets.
