Requirements

TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

Utilize advanced analytical techniques and methodologies to generate all-source intelligence products and target development packages.
Read, interpret, and process intelligence reports from various disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
Present findings and strategic intelligence briefings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
Use link-analysis tools such as Palantir or Analyst Notebook for comprehensive intelligence and target package creation.
Work independently while coordinating with a team for tracking progress and insights via publicly available and proprietary software tools.
Proven ability to brief senior level managers effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
Familiarity with Boolean search methodologies and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
Experience with tracing, call-chain analysis, selector attribution, and classified communication analysis tools.
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and the ability to translate intelligence questions into written responses.
Familiarity with key US foreign policy, national security Counterterrorism (CT) and local/federal law enforcement objectives or threat-related datasets.
