Open Sky's Rapid Response Hub provides urgent and timely access to emotional, mental health and behavioral health services, all starting in one place. Individuals are coupled with a member of our team, who use the whole person approach to address a variety of needs including behavioral health, substance use, navigation of the medical system, housing/food insecurities and benefit enrollment. The Rapid Response Team focuses on providing care to individuals in traditionally underserved Latinx, LGBTQIA+ communities, Veterans, Justice-Involved and people experiencing housing insecurities. Anyone seeking services can make an appointment and no referral is required.
