The Target Sales and Category Analyst opportunity has the main focus of analyzing the Target business and supporting the sales team to grow the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years' experience working with sales teams, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry to Target
  • Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Circana, Nielson, Salesforce, Exceedra and Greenfield (POL systems)

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing large amounts of data and turning insights into action.
  • Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.
  • Assist with preparing for customer meetings to deliver Target and Abbott’s key objectives.
  • Develop recommendations to help deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Actively assist, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.
  • Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.
