Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) SkillBridge
About The Position
Belay Technologies is seeking active-duty service members to join our team through the DoD SkillBridge program as a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA). This program will provide active-duty service members with hands-on experience and business skills, and is designed to bridge the gap between military and civilian employment by equipping you with key TDNA skills and general business knowledge. The TDNA conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information. The TDNA has an understanding the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities; analyzes data for reportable intelligence information and building target profiles; maintains appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; performs sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of analytic techniques; analyzes data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements; and performs research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. Several factors influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, education, specific skills and competencies and certifications. Belay offers a competitive total compensation package that includes benefits and perks, a flexible work-life balance, and career development.Salary range, if hired after SkillBridge: $88,000.00 - $137,000.00. No relocation Assistance. Benefits apply if hired after the SkillBridge program.
Requirements
- Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Experience in Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) and eager to continue learning
- Bachelor's Degree or in the process of obtaining your degree
- Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g. target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis.
