About The Position

Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Target Digital Network Analyst III career opportunity in the Ft Meade, MD area. This position involves conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information. The analyst will maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets, and identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. The role requires employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints, while applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.

Requirements

• 9 years of experience (no degree) or AA Degree plus 7 years or B.A. Degree plus 5 years.
• Master's Degree plus 6 years or PhD plus 4 years.
• Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Relevant certifications/training such as Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course.

Responsibilities
