Our team culture emphasizes on‑demand professional development, career mobility, and active community engagement.  We are currently seeking a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our Cyber & Intelligence team and support critical national security missions in the Fort Meade area. This posting is to collect applications for current and future openings for HII Mission Technologies. Candidates will be screened as opportunities come available and selected candidates will be contacted about an opportunity.  We are hiring across multiple levels with a range of professional experience.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 6 years of relevant experience in areas directly related to national security missions in one or more of the following areas: analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence, or traffic analysis.
  • Higher level education will reduce the years of experience requirement.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

Responsibilities

  • Produce clear, actionable intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting information in support of Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and missions across SIGINT, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
  • Share target insights, provide customer feedback, and deliver products that highlight key developments, trends, warnings, and situational awareness, including recommended countermeasures when appropriate.
  • Evaluate and prioritize data from passive and active collection, network analysis, and collateral sources (IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open‑source, etc.) to support Government decision‑makers.
  • Contribute to the development of databases and reference tools that expand target knowledge and strengthen collection efforts for customers and IC partners.
  • Conduct quality control reviews prior to product release.
