Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter to support intelligence operations by prioritizing, assessing, evaluating, and reporting information derived from passive and active collections. This role integrates network evaluation and analysis with relevant collateral sources to produce timely, synthesized intelligence products for customer mission support. Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) or U.S. Government (USG) military.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience within the past 5 years.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
  • All applicants and employees are subject to random drug testing in accordance with Executive Order 12564.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph.
  • DOD 8570 Certification
  • This position requires an active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, assess, and evaluate intelligence derived from passive and active collection activities in support of mission requirements.
  • Perform detailed target and network analysis to identify relationships, patterns, vulnerabilities, and operational relevance.
  • Fuse data from multiple intelligence sources, including collection reporting, network analysis, and appropriate collateral information, into coherent analytic assessments.
  • Develop and produce clear, accurate, and timely intelligence reports tailored to customer needs and mission priorities.
  • Apply analytic tradecraft standards to ensure products are logical, well-supported, and appropriately scoped.
  • Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission partners to refine requirements, address intelligence gaps, and support operational decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate intelligence for credibility, relevance, and impact, updating assessments as new information becomes available.
