About The Position

The Taproom Associate at Other Half Brewing is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a warm and professional manner. This role involves serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to brewery policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Entry-level position with management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and bar equipment.
• Detailed knowledge of beverages including craft beers, wine, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a warm and accommodating manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Provide detailed knowledge about the menu and beverage list to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations while multitasking.
• Maintain professionalism and composure at all times.
• Identify and report problems to management immediately.
• Pour drinks accurately and consistently as per management guidelines.
• Communicate with fellow staff to restock and clear the bar of dirty glasses.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
• Assist with inventory and restock the bar before and after service.
• Adhere to accounting procedures for all transactions and follow proper procedures for shift changes.
