Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Mathematical ability and practical application of percentages and ratios
  • Ability to read and write, effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand written, verbal or diagrammatical form of instructions
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Starts machine and observes operation, making adjustments as needed.
  • Gauging and checking parts for each catch pan, for conformance to specifications.
  • Record and plot on SPC charts
  • Record production on daily sheet
  • Operate PIV and electric pallet jack to move tubs and load machines
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
