Requirements

• 6+ Months of Prior experience as a Cocktail Server and/or Food Server in a similar environment is preferred
• Willing flexible to work weekdays nights, weekends and holidays.
• Hours of Operations for TAP Sportsbar are: Mon-Wed: 4p-11p, Thurs & Sun: 11a-11p and Fri & Sat: 11am-12am
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Take orders and efficiently serve food and drinks, including garnishing and serving cocktails to guests.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to accurately respond to guest inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, folding cocktail napkins, and ensuring cleanliness of assigned stations.
• Resolve guest complaints within your authority and refer more complex issues to management or security as necessary.
