About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tanning Consultant to join our team. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling tanning packages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products and services
• Experience in wireless or electronics sales is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the salon

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate tanning package
• Educate customers on the benefits of tanning and the different types of tanning beds available
• Upsell additional products and services such as lotions, goggles, and accessories
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning salon
• Monitor tanning sessions to ensure customer safety and adherence to time limits
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and phone etiquette
