About The Position
A tankerman trainee is enrolled in our exclusive training program to become a USCG-licensed tankermen. Our USCG-licensed tankermen specialize in loading and discharging liquid tank barges shoreside. AccuTrans tankermen are licensed and experienced PICs (Persons in Charge) in the handling of dangerous liquids and are extensively trained in safety, firefighting and emergency response.
Requirements
- Valid/current Driver License required
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a physical/drug screen and background check
- Must be able to work a 24 hour on-call schedule
Nice To Haves
- Outdoor job experience or technical/mechanical experience is a plus
