About The Position
Skilled Trades Specialists is looking for quality individuals aiming to land a great job with opportunity to grow and develop! If you have the ability to MIG Weld, ability to read prints and/or do basic math, and have a great attitude, please contact us so we can discuss! Pay is $23-$25 per hour DOE and quality of test. Overtime and Double-time available. Must pass a leak test and also show proficiency with a tape measure for this job.
Requirements
- Experience as a MIG Welder or similar role and ability to continue learning
- Knowledge in blueprint reading and interpreting welding specifications or ability to learn
- Ability to pass required leak/pressure test
- Positive attitude and ability to show up everyday
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding operations on various metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble metal parts
- Operate cranes and other lifting equipment to move heavy materials
- Inspect welded joints for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
