Looking for skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our group of anesthesia providers. This is a new program Starting December 2025, to which providers will have the opportunity to influence/impact the future of this program! Excellent opportunity to be a part of an amazing organization! Tampa General Cardiac MD - 2 providers (On call 1 week at a time - beeper from home then off the following week.) Total Compensation: $575,000 ($550,000 Base + $25,000 CV stipend) 26 weeks on/off position split between 2 Cardiac Anesthesiologists. Volume of hearts will be minimal to start for the first 12 months. 100 hearts per year (2 per week). Dec. 1 Target Start Date Sign-On Bonus: $100,000.
